At 16:35 hours on January 6th, members of Charlestown Rescue, Charlestown Police, and Charlestown Fire were dispatched to Kings Factory Rd for a MVA. Arriving units found a shuttle bus off the road with 11 reported patients.

A level 1 MCI was declared, bringing mutual aid ambulances from Hope Valley, Ashaway, Westerly, South Kingstown, and Narragansett. Units were quickly able to triage the 11 total patients. 3 were transported locally to South County Hospital and 1 to Westerly Hospital with minor injuries. 7 additional patients refused treatment and/ or transport on scene.
