This weekend CARS members joined Fire & EMS members from around the Southern Firefighters League for a 16-hour officer development class entitled “The Challenge of Evolution within Today’s Fire Service.”

Members participated in conversations about mission, vision, and values, and in activities themed around teamwork, core values, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
