At approximately 1509 hours Charlestown Rescue and Charlestown Fire were dispatched for reports of a youth entangled in a bicycle. Arriving crews quickly assessed, developed a plan, disassembled the bicycle, and removed the bike from the youths leg. There were no injuries and crews were able to put the bicycle back together before clearing the scene.
