Toby has been a dedicated member of Charlestown Ambulance-Rescue Service since 2022, serving as both an EMT and a Rescue Swimmer within our department.
Originally from North Kingstown, Rhode Island, Toby recently graduated from the Physician Assistant program at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in Worcester, Massachusetts in December 2025.
He is currently continuing his training in an Emergency Department Fellowship at Lowell General Hospital.
