| After retiring from the United States Air Force in 2016, Richard joined Charlestown Ambulance-Rescue Service in 2021 as a driver. Not long after joining the team, he earned his EMT license and later his Paramedic license through the NEIT Paramedic Technology Associates program.
Today, Richard serves as a Lieutenant, Boat Operator, Rescue Swimmer, and member of our Board of Directors.
