| Cam is from Coventry, Rhode Island, and graduated from the University of Rhode Island last May with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and biology. She joined Charlestown Ambulance-Rescue Service in 2024 to gain hands-on patient care experience and quickly became a dedicated volunteer EMT before transitioning into a paid staff position.
In addition to providing exceptional patient care, Cam helps keep station morale high by decorating the station and assisting with our EMT education programs. Outside of CARS, she also works at Kent Hospital in the cardiac cath lab. Cam is currently in the process of applying to physician assistant programs as she continues pursuing her healthcare career goals.
“Being a member of CARS has positively impacted my life in many ways. I have grown as a provider and individual so much and have made lifelong friendships and connections. I will always be grateful for the opportunities this department has given me!”
Thank you, Cam, for your dedication to our team and community! |
